Misery, Mirrors & an Amityville Horror: Horror Coming November 2017

Melissa Thomas

November is pretty scant for horror releases both on Netflix and DVD. Most of the releases on Netflix are films that have been available for streaming a hundred times before, so there is one non-horror release included in this list.

OculusA woman tries to exonerate her brother, who was convicted of murder, by proving that the crime was committed by a supernatural phenomenon.
Scary Movie: A year after disposing of the body of a man they accidentally killed, a group of dumb teenagers are stalked by a bumbling serial killer.
Silent Hill: A woman, Rose, goes in search for her adopted daughter within the confines of a strange, desolate town called Silent Hill.
November 17th
Marvel's The PunisherAfter the murder of his family, Marine veteran Frank Castle becomes a vigilante known as "the Punisher", who aims to fight crime by any means necessary. Frank Castle is back for season 2.
November 20th
PiranhaAfter a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area's new razor-toothed residents.

GhastliesFour sorority sisters accidentally unleash a trio of ghastly ghouls from an underground bunker during a weekend getaway in the country.
