The Return of 'Stranger Things' & More: Horror Coming to Netflix, Shudder & DVD July 2019

July is finally here signaling the return of the Netflix hit series Stranger Things. Critters will also be making a cinematic return this month with the lovely Dee Wallace returning to the franchise. Here are the titles coming to Netflix, Shudder and DVD/Blu-ray this month.
July 1st
CloverfieldA group of friends venture deep into the streets of New York on a rescue mission during a rampaging monster attack.
Lady in the Water: Apartment building superintendent Cleveland Heep rescues what he thinks is a young woman from the pool he maintains. When he discovers that she is actually a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the journey back to her home, he works with his tenants to protect his new friend from the creatures that are determined to keep her in our world.
Little Monsters: A boy discovers an incredible and gruesome world of monsters under his bed.
Scream 3: While Sidney and her friends visit the Hollywood set of Stab 3, the third film based on the Woodsboro murders, another Ghostface killer rises to terrorize them.
Taxi Driver: A mentally unstable veteran works as a nighttime taxi driver in New York City, where the perceived decadence and sleaze fuels his urge for violent action by attempting to liberate a presidential campaign worker and an underage prostitute. (Not really horror, just an awesome movie)

July 4th

Stranger Things: Season 3: It's 1985 and school is out for the summer. The kids are ready to hang out at the town's new mall and put the past — and all of its monsters — behind them.

July 1st
Prince of DarknessA research team finds a mysterious cylinder in a deserted church. If opened, it could mean the end of the world.

July 8th

July 15th
All the Colors of the DarkA woman recovering from a car accident in which she lost her unborn child finds herself pursued by a coven of devil worshipers.
July 22nd
The TransfigurationWhen troubled teen Milo, who has a fascination with vampire lore, meets the equally alienated Sophie, the two form a bond that begins to blur Milo's fantasy into reality.


July 9th

Pet SemataryDr. Louis Creed and his wife, Rachel, relocate from Boston to rural Maine with their two young children. The couple soon discover a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near their new home.

July 23rd

HellboyBased on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.

Critters Attack!: Follows 20-year-old Drea, who reluctantly takes a job babysitting for a professor of a college she hopes to attend. Struggling to entertain the professor's children Trissy and Jake, along with her own little brother Phillip , Drea takes them on a hike, unaware that mysterious alien critters have crash-landed and started devouring every living thing they encounter. 

July 30th

The IntruderA young married couple buy a beautiful house on several acres of land only to find out that the man they bought it from refuses to let go of the property.
