Full Time Graphic Design Artist - FILLED

We are looking for an experienced, in-house Graphic Designer/Illustrator with Screen printing Pre Press experience. Duties would Include creating T-Shirt Designs, Sale Flyers/Promos, Web Graphics, Etc. Experience in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Coral Draw is required.

You Must Be:
--- Punctual/Reliable

--- Self-starter - Very important
--- Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with employees and possible clients via telephone, in person and or email as we are also a custom shop.

--- Works with minimal supervision, self-directed
--- Contribute positively to the culture of honesty, efficiency, and inspiration of our family run business.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

MUST speak/write professionally in English
College Degree preferred but NOT required
2+ years experience in graphic or web design as long as you meet the criteria above

Full Time Manual Screen Printer

We are looking for a Full Time (Days Monday through Friday) experienced Manual Screen Printer to join our team. Requirements are as follows:

  • Setup and Operate a Manual Press (Vastex presses a plus).
  • Automatic Press Setup and Operate a plus.
  • Experienced In Spot Color and Simulated Process printing.
  • Experienced In Darkroom duties Including Reclaiming, Coating & Exposing of Screens.
  • Knowledge of Registration Systems a plus.
  • Experience In a production shop, able to produce printed garments in a timely manner.
  • Must have a high standard of quality with a GREAT ATTENTION FOR DETAIL.
  • Any kind of Pre-Press Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw and or RIP Software a HUGE Plus

  • Monitor and track utilization, performance and traffic analytics to optimize keyword and other search engine efforts.
  • Manage and track search engine analytics, document and report trends.
  • Participate in building and implementing online strategies and goals through web marketing.
  • Develop relationships with websites to obtain quality links.
  • Improve and maintain search-engine rankings.
  • Maintain social media profiles on all major platforms.
  • Drive traffic to website using a variety of methods.
  • Develop pay-per-click advertising campaign(s).
  • Ensure content appears high on search rankings.
  • Develop density of desired keyword on pages.
  • Research popularity of sites linking to page.
  • Create Internet ads.
  • Monitor company's online reputation.
  • Manage and deliver emails to Newsletter subscribers.
  • Craft email campaigns.
  • Integrate other online presences including social media outlets with email campaigns.


Education:
BA degree related to marketing, advertising, or communications prefered.

Experience:
2 - 4 years In online marketing experience

We are looking for a Part Time (Days Monday through Friday) Shipping Clerk to join our team. This Is an Entry Level position but any Shipping Experience is a plus. 

Job responsibilities:
  • Packaging 100's of Orders daily.
  • Matching Products with Customer orders at a fast pace.
  • Use of Heat Press for finishing various products.
  • Periodically checking garments for flaws.
  • Using a tagging gun to apply hangtags on garments.
  • Various other shop duties.
