We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products and the limited availability of certain designs, all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions: (*In stock items only. Made to order items do not apply)

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All returned items must be free of pet or human hair, and free of any odors, including fragrance, smoke, or deodorant

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a valid tracking number is required

  • If requesting an exchange, please note that size and style availability is not guaranteed, and we cannot hold or reserve items in advance

  • A note must be included inside your return package with your order number and a clear explanation of whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and if exchanging, what item/size you'd like in return

  • If your return does not meet the criteria above and is rejected, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you

  • All sale items and limited edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

FAQs

My tracking number isn't showing any updates. What should I do?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately, especially if the order was processed after USPS picked up shipments for the day or if it includes a pre-order item. We recommend checking back in 24-48 hours for updated tracking details. If tracking info remains unavailable after several days, USPS advises waiting up to 30 days from the shipment date before requesting us to open a case.

My tracking number shows my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or your local postal service, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for further assistance. Please note, once a tracking number shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

My package is stuck in customs. What should I do?
If your package is delayed in customs, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information. If the issue persists, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

Do you offer price matching before or after an order is placed?
We do not offer price matching at this time.
