Return Policy

At Terror Threads, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please carefully review the following return policy before making your purchase:

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item is returned as it was received, within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns that have been washed, have any fragrances or smoke odors, or contain any human or pet hair. If the garment or item is damaged in any way, we will send it back to you, and you will be liable for the return costs. If the wrong item was sent or if it is defective, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@terrorthreads.com
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to clear. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.

Exclusions
Please note that limited edition items, sale items, clearance items, and items sold during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return.

No Cancellations on Preorders
Preorder items cannot be canceled once an order is placed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.

FAQs

  • My tracking number is not showing any tracking info. What should I do?
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. In some cases, tracking information may not appear immediately. This can occur if the order was processed after USPS has picked up shipments for the day or if the item is part of a pre-order. Please check back in 24-48 hours for updated tracking details. If tracking info remains unavailable after several days, USPS recommends waiting up to 30 days from the shipment date before requesting us to open a case.

  • My tracking number shows that my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
    If this happens, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local postal service to see if they have any information about your package. Many times, packages are located this way. If you still cannot locate it, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. Please note, once the tracking number shows delivery, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • My package appears to be stuck in customs. What should I do?
    If your package is delayed in customs, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information about the status of your shipment. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. Please note, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, and we cannot provide a replacement or refund in such cases.

  • Do you offer price matching before or after an order is placed?
    We do not offer price matching at this time.

  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Sorry, we do not offer wholesaling of our products at this time.
