Return Policy
At Terror Threads, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy carefully, as it includes several important conditions:
1. No Cancellations:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- Due to the custom nature of our printing, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless the Item Is defective.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at info@terrorthreads.com Please Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- Our team will review your request and respond shortly thereafter. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Free of any human or animal hair and any sort of fragrances. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items show signs of wear or if the packaging is damaged.
6. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping costs incurred.
7. Exclusions:
- Please note that limited edition items, sale items, clearance items, and items sold during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return.

FAQs
- My tracking number is not showing any tracking info?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. In some cases, tracking information may not appear immediately. This could be due to the order being processed after USPS has picked up shipments for the day or if the item is part of a pre-order. Please check back in 24-48 hours for updated tracking details. If tracking information remains unavailable after several days, USPS recommends allowing up to 30 days from the shipment date before requesting us to open a case.
- My tracking number shows my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
In the rare instance this happens, we suggest checking with your neighbors or local postal service to see if they have any information about your package. Often, shipments are located this way. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. Please note that once the tracking number shows delivery, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- My package appears to be stuck in customs. What should I do?
If your package is delayed in customs, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office, as they may have more information on the status of your shipment. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for further assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, and we are unable to provide a replacement or refund in such cases.
- Do you offer price matching before or after an order is placed?
We do not offer price matching at this time.
